In this hands-on role, you’ll play a critical part in manufacturing and maintaining high-precision components that keep aircraft operating safely and efficiently.

What You’ll DoAs an Aircraft Machinist, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision aircraft components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
- Select, install, and adjust tooling and fixtures for optimal machining performance
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed
- Conduct detailed inspections using precision measuring tools
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (vocational training or equivalent experience accepted)
- 5+ years of experience as a CNC machinist
- 5+ years operating CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience with G-code programming and CNC controls
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (1st and 2nd)
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CAD/CAM/CATIA software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Pay Details: $18.62 per hour
