* Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School Diploma or GED equivalent) and typically 1 or more years of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate’s degree).
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC machines, including milling and turning.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in G-code programming and CNC controls.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Strong computing and communication skills.
* Ability to work a variable shift (1st or 2nd).

* Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.
* Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
* Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Document production data and maintain accurate records. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
